How we use your details.

This notice explains how Glowhaus Property ("we") uses the personal information you give us through this website. We are the data controller.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• What you're interested in, and any property details or message you choose to send.
• Whether you've agreed to receive updates and new opportunities.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
• To send you updates and property opportunities, only if you ticked the box. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

Our email, messaging and hosting providers, who process it on our behalf. Where you ask for cleaning, we may pass your details to Glowhaus Cleaning, part of the same group. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't go further are deleted after 24 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email info@glowhausproperty.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
